In your session, you may feel shifts in emotions and physical effects like temperature changes and tingling...Reiki allows you to let go of things that are not serving you, relieving emotional or physical pains, and giving you the choice to release these low vibrations.
Singing Bowls are healing instruments that can be played by striking them or circling them with a mallet. The bowls sing, offering a magical and powerful energy of sound healing and vibrational frequency. We curate our singing bowls to the tune of our foundational beliefs of love. The 432 Hz Chakra Crystal Bowls that we use in our mediations especially stimulate the heart chakra, increasing the spiritual development of the listener. These bowls release emotional blockages and are said to be the most beneficial to people as a sound healing modality.
Singing Bowl Art Meditation combines the vibrational modality of the singing bowls with the energetic practice of art making. In a session, you will be guided to flow with watercolor or connect with a natural air dry clay as the singing bowls play for approximately 30-45 minutes. In the remaining time, you will have an opportunity to explore your creation with artist, educator, and guide, Regina to gather deeper insight of self. No art experience necessary, just an invitation to connect with your inner child in a safe space.
