4th of July at Roaring Fork
Celebrate the 4th of July savoring the flavors of American cuisine. Skip the heat and enjoy cool, indoor dining featuring refreshing salads, frozen beverages and delightful fare! Roaring Fork will be offering their annual Dinner on Us (buy one entrée, get the second one free) promotion on Thursday, July 4th beginning at 4:00pm.
Wood fired favorites will be served including:
• FISH TACOS Tempura fried with kale slaw, balsamic dressing, chipotle remoulade, and black beans
• BIG ASS BURGER served with peppered bacon, poblano, lettuce, tomato, onion, pickle, cheddar, and fries
• BACON WRAPPED PORK TENDERLOIN with poblano grits, charred corn, and a chipotle balsamic reduction
• SHRIMP & GRITS served with cheddar grits, sweet corn butter, chorizo oil, and fried egg
• RAINBOW TROUT with asparagus, brown butter, fried capers, toasted almonds, and grilled lemon
• CEDAR PLANK SALMON served with asparagus, apricot teriyaki glaze, and a lemon soy beurre blanc
• ROTISSERIE CHICKEN with cornbread stuffing, brussels sprouts, and lemon garlic jus
• BONELESS BUTTERMILK FRIED CHICKEN served with mashed potato, and peppercorn gravy
• NIMAN RANCH BONE-IN PORK CHOP with mashed potato, maple mustard glaze, and apple chutney
