They are offering a Kessaku IDGAF 5-course menu. It is $250/pp and requires full table participation. A la carte sushi options also will be available. The Kessaku Pop-up menu will be offered in addition to Maple & Ash’s regular menu, and they will have a list of 5-6 Japanese inspired cocktails as well.
