This is a test of stamina and poor judgment. Contestants will go head to head in round after round of hot peppers. We will start with mild and progress to hotter and hotter peppers, with 2 mins to eat each pepper.
The last contestant standing is declared 2016 Chile Pepper Eating Champion and will receive local notoriety, an embarrassingly large trophy, and most importantly, a free burrito every day for a year.
