This holiday season, MainPlace, a three-story super-regional shopping center in Santa Ana, California (www.shopmainplacemall.com), will host the festive musical sounds of The Dickens Carolers to entertain shoppers from 2 p.m. to 4 p.m. on select dates: December 10th, 16th, 17th and 23rd. The Dickens Carolers are an ensemble of men and women who dress in beautiful Old English costumes from 1843, the year Charles Dickens published his famous story, “A Christmas Carol.” The group sings in perfect four-part harmony with no musical accompaniment. Their repertoire includes a wide selection of favorite traditional and contemporary carols, including “God Rest Ye Merry Gentlemen,” “O Come All Ye Faithful,” “O Christmas Tree,” “Jingle Bells,” “Rudolph” and many more. The group will perform in various locations throughout the shopping center. These performances are free of charge and open to the public; no pre-registration is required.
