Women's Connection to meet
The Waxahachie Women's Connection meets from 11:30 a.m.-1 p.m. Wednesday, July 17, at Waxahachie Golf Club, 1920 W. U.S. Highway 287 Business. Reservations for lunch are $15 and required by July 11 by texting/calling 972-921-6221 or emailing [email protected]. The speaker will be Carolyn Stroud, and a special presentation will be made by cowboy poet lariat David Smith. There will be a silent auction of themed goodie baskets to benefit the connection during lunch.
