Studio 8 Film Festival at Shapeshifters Cinema (Oakland) on June 14th
On Friday night, June 14, 7-10 pm, the festival’s opening show at Shapeshifters Cinema curated by Toban Nichols will showcase films by former SFAI film department chair Kerry Laitala, LA-based filmmaker and performance artist Jibz Cameron aka Dynasty Handbag and a collection of SFAI alumni shorts.

SFAI alumni shorts program. $20 at the door. A selection of small-batch beer on tap and salads, sandwiches, coffee, & tea will be available for purchase in the Shapeshifters Cafe next door.
