Irish Whiskey & Cheese Pairing Experience
At this pairing event you'll be taken on a journey of discovery around the island of Ireland from south to north learning about Irish Whiskey history, whiskey making and how to taste whiskey.
You'll taste four Irish Whiskeys that are truly representative of the various styles produced in Ireland - Single Pot Still, Single Malt, and Grain based blended whiskeys have been chosen to pair perfectly with a fantastic selection of cheeses.
Each of the Irish Whiskeys will be paired exquisitely with a local North Coast artisan cheese, and complementary layers of flavor will enhance the pairing of each whiskey and cheese to elevate the whole experience.
This immersive pairing experience pays homage to your host's Irish heritage while also highlighting the incredible bounty of artisan cheesemaking here in Northern California and is an experience not to be missed!
This pairing experience will include 4 x 1oz pours of Irish Whiskey and 4 cheese pairings from local North Coast artisan cheese producers and the event will last for 75 to 90 minutes.
